Consideration and Approval of a Legal Lot Certificate IDP21-142 for DEREK MACGUFFIE at 14637 Hwy 151

This application for a Certificate of Legal Lot Status has been reviewed and is recommended for unconditional approval by the Development Services Director. The parcel DOES MEETthe requirements outlined in Section 4.10 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.

Public Meeting of the Pagosa Meadows Unit Four Amendment 2021-01 MLLA Final Plat (PLN21-134)

Bruce & Susan Jones and Kim D. Biggs, have applied for Final Plat Approval of the Pagosa Meadows Unit Four Amendment 2021-01 Final Plat, Being a Minor Lot Line Adjustment of Lots 12X, 13, and 64 and Creating Lots 12XZ (473 Cameron Pl) & 64Z (594 Belford Pl) (PLN21-134).

 

Public Hearing of Deborah and Bruce Mote's Appeal of Building Code Violation and Revocation of a Vacation Rental Permit (VRP #035870)

Bruce and Deborah Mote have appealed the Building Code Violation Determination and Revocation of the Vacation Rental Permit for their property at 220 Shooting Star Dr, Pagosa Springs.

 

Review and Recommend Candidates for Planning Commission

There are two positions on the Planning Commission that need filling. Both David Parker and Anita Hooton have reached the end of their term. There are two candidates who have applied to replace them. Current commissioners will review those applicants and forward their recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for final appointments.
