Consideration of Resolution 2023-____ Appropriating Additional Sums of Money to Defray Expenses in Excess of Amounts Budgeted
Pursuant to C.R.S. 29-1-110, the Board of County Commissioners may adopt a resolution to authorize the expenditure of funds in excess of the appropriated budget in cases of emergency which could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of adoption of the budget.

Consideration and Approval of Change Orders and Invoices for Road Work Completed
Certain change orders and contracts for road work and aggregate transport were approved by a former employee of the county when they should have been approved by the Board of County Commissioners. All of the work has been completed. This agenda item is for the Board to approve multiple invoices that were tabled at the September 5, 2023 regular meeting and two change orders and two contracts from Sunland Asphalt & Construction that were tabled at the September 19, 2023 regular meeting.
