Consideration and Approval of a Legal Lot Certificate IDP21-080 for Kyle and Toni Davis at X County Rd 600

This application for a Certificate of Legal Lot Status has been reviewed and is recommended for unconditional approval by the Development Services Director. The parcel does meet the requirements outlined in Section 4.10 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.

 

Consideration and Approval of a Legal Lot Certificate IDP21-081 for Sara and Frederick Kaufman at 201 Owens Ct

This application for a Certificate of Legal Lot Status has been reviewed by the Development Services Director. The parcel currently meets the requirements outlined in Section 4.10 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations

This application for a Certificate of Legal Lot Status has been reviewed and is recommended for unconditional approval by the Development Services Director. The parcel does meet the requirements outlined in Section 4.10 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Public Hearing of Pagosa Secure Storage Mini-Storage Conditional Use Permit (PLN21-056)

Pagosa Secure Storage, represented by Site Design Collaborative and owned by Tim Sullivan, has applied for a Mini-Storage Conditional Use Permit to expand the existing Non-Conforming Use on the parcel at 80 Bastille Dr, which is zoned Commercial (C).


 

Discuss Possible Changes to Land Use Regulations

Discussion about possible future changes to the Land Use Regulations regarding restrictions for camping in tents on private land and accountability for Vacation Rental Property Managers and Caretakers.
