Consideration and Approval of a Retail Marijuana-Infused Product Manufacturer License Renewal for San Juan Strains, Inc.

This is a renewal of a Retail Marijuana-Infused Product Manufacturer license for San Juan Strains, Inc. located at 95 Industrial Circle in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.  This renewal includes no changes.  The application is complete and the proper fees have been paid.  The Sheriff's Office, County Building Department and Fire Protection District have completed their inspections and found no issues.  The financial impact to the county is the fees paid per the county fee schedule and staff recommends approval of this license renewal.

This is an application for a Special Events Permit for Pagosa Mountain Morning Rotary Club - CSF, to sell Malt, Vinous and Spirituous Liquor at the Archuleta County Fair Grounds located at 344 Hwy 84, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 for the Archuleta County Fair on August 5th, 6th 7th and 8th, 2021. The Sheriff has been notified of this event. The proper fees were collected and the premises was posted for the required ten (10) days prior to today's hearing. The financial impact to the County is the fees paid per the County Fee schedule and Staff recommends approval of this Special Events Permit.
