Consideration and Approval of a Legal Lot Certificate IDP21-060 for Laurie MacBean at 1375 County Rd 400

This application for a Certificate of Legal Lot Status has been reviewed and is recommended for unconditional approval by the Development Services Director. The parcel meets the requirements outlined in Section 4.10 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.

 

Consideration and Approval of a Legal Lot Certificate IDP21-061 & 063 for Patrick and Amy O'Toole on Catchpole Dr

This applications for Certificate of Legal Lot Status have been reviewed and are recommended for unconditional approval by the Development Services Director. The parcels meet the requirements outlined in Section 4.10 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.

 

Consideration and Approval of a Legal Lot Certificate IDP21-062 for Karen Lugo at 5055 State Hwy 151

This application for a Certificate of Legal Lot Status has been reviewed and is recommended for unconditional approval by the Development Services Director. The parcel meets the requirements outlined in Section 4.10 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Public Hearing of Troy Couture Vacation Rental Permit Appeal (PLN21-048)

Troy Couture (A Body of Art) has requested a hearing regarding the decisions of the Development Director to apply the 200% After-The-Fact Permitting Fee to the Vacation Rental Permits for his three (3) properties. Additionally, he may also wish to discuss the subsequent Suspension of the three (3) Vacation Rental Permits by the Director.
