This Memorandum of Understanding between La Plata County, Archuleta County, Southern Ute Indian Tribe, La Plata Electric Association and Region 10 League for Economic Assistance and Planning provides the terms of the joint participation to develop a fiber line between Durango and Pagosa Springs including construction of a new fiber optic cable between approximately Allison, CO and Pagosa Springs, generally along Colorado Highway 151.

Sealed bids for the North Pagosa Blvd. Resurfacing Project were accepted by Davis Engineering Service, Inc.  The project consists of resurfacing approximately .82 miles of North Pagosa Blvd. from Bastille Drive to Lakeside Drive.  2 bids were received and the low bidder was PAP LLC for an amount not to exceed $1,435,337.  This agenda item is to award the bid to PAP, LLC and to approve their Irrevocable Directive of Draw Proceeds to make payment through PAP, LLC's agent, Great Horn Financial Services, LLC.
