This Proclamation declares March 29, 2023 as National Vietnam War Veterans Day in Archuleta County, Colorado.
This is an application for a Special Events Permit for the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs to sell Malt, Vinous and Spirituous Liquor at the PLPOA Clubhouse located at 230 Port Ave. Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 for the Puppy and Kitty Baby Shower on April 1, 2023. The Sheriff has been notified of this event. The proper fees were collected and the premises was posted for the required ten (10) days prior to today's hearing. The financial impact to the County is the fees paid per the County Fee schedule and Staff recommends approval of this Special Events Permit.
This request it to consider a Resolution authorizing the consolidation of Lots 35 and 36 of North Village Lake, to become Lot 35X, owned by the McDaniel Family Trust dated December 22, 2014. The impact to the county budget includes fees paid per the County Fee Schedule, generally balanced by a reduction in property taxes. This Agreement between the Boards of County Commissioners and Sheriff's Offices of Archuleta and Hinsdale Counties provides the parameters for establishing the mutual aid and assistance for Emergency Services for that portion of Hinsdale County lying south and west of Wolf Creek Pass and the Continental Divide. This Agreement's only change from the prior Agreement is the change in name of Archuleta County's Sheriff. Staff recommends approval of this Agreement. Responsible Staff: Sheriff Mike Le Roux.

This Quit Claim Deed transfers to Julie Candelaria a county-owned right-of-way that is being vacated as part of the Candelaria Subdivision Amendment 2022-01. Staff recommends approval of this Quit Claim Deed. Responsible Staff: County Attorney Todd Weaver.
The FAA requires a Certification of Transferring Sponsor when the county is not using FAA funds for the physical year. The Chairman signed this Certification on March 7, 2023.
