CHANGE IN POLICY
:  The Board will hear public comments on any topic at the beginning of each regular meeting.  Public Comments will no longer be heard at the end of each meeting.  A Request for Public Comment form (attached) must be completed before the meeting begins.  The completed form can be emailed to adminp@archuletacounty.org prior to 1pm on the meeting date or hand delivered to an Administrative staff member before the beginning of the meeting.  Thank you.
