The 2012 Tax Lien Sale will be conducted November 1st, 2012. 
The following lists are effective as of October 1, 2012. 

• Mobile Homes and Personal Property
• Real and Natural Resources Property

Mobile Home Liens will be sold at 10:00 a.m. in the Archuleta County Treasurer's Office. 
Real and Natural Resource Property Liens will be sold on-line at www.archuletataxsale.com.


Note: All real property liens sold at the 2012 tax lien sale. See County Held Liens for liens available for purchase. 

Lien purchasers will need to fill out and sign a W-9 Form at the time of registration.
