What information needs to be included on the Declaration Schedule?
A complete itemized list of any equipment, machinery, furniture, security devices, household furnishings and signs which are used for the production of income or in the operation the business, the year it was acquired and the original cost including installation and freight. You may also attach a current Federal Depreciation Schedule, a list of expensed assets with a life greater than one year, fully depreciated assets, stored assets, leased equipment and unlicensed mobile machinery. You may have this information already on your business software and can print it out and attach it to the declaration schedule.
