This is an application for a Special Events Permit for the Humane Society of Pagosa Springs to sell malt, vinous, spirituous liquor at 230 Port Avenue for a fundraiser on November 24, 2018.  The Sheriff has been notified of this event.  The proper fees have been collected and the premises was posted for the required ten (10) days prior to today's hearing.

Consideration of Statement of Work for Northwoods (Traverse) Regional Contract / ACDHS Child Welfare Electronic Data Management

This Statement of Work (SOW) is an agreement between Archuleta County Department of Human Services (ACDHS), Dolores County Department of Social Services (Dolores DSS), Ouray County Department of Social Services (Ouray DSS), San Miguel County Department of Social Services (San Miguel DSS) (collectively referred to as Southwest Colorado Counties throughout this document) and Northwoods Consulting Partners, Inc. (Northwoods). Northwoods will provide the Southwest Colorado Counties with end-user training and implementation support. Training and implementation support ensures that each agency’s workers know how to use Traverse.  Traverse implementation will provide business process efficiencies, allow case managers to convert paper case documentation into electronic documents and provide data-mining capabilities.  Subscription cost for Archuleta County is $34,934.  Cost based on county population respective for each of the counties involved in this project.  Subscription and implementation cost (professional costs) accounted for in proposed 2019 budget.

This is a renewal of a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License for Boss Hoggs of Pagosa Springs, LLC DBA Boss Hoggs Restaurant & Saloon located at 157 Navajo Trail Dr. Pagosa Springs, Colorado. This renewal includes no changes. The application is complete and the proper fees have been submitted. The Sheriff's Office has completed their background check and the Building Department has inspected the premises for changes.

Appointment Of Planning Commission Members To Three-Year Term

The Archuleta County Planning Commission has five members with rotating 3-year terms specified in their bylaws. Two seats (through November 1, 2021) will be appointed by the Board of County Commissioners this fall. The Planning Commission advises the Board of County Commissioners on land use and is responsible for the Archuleta County Community Plan, with one or two evening meetings each month. Each member shall be a county resident. Anita Hooton and David Parker are willing to be re-appointed

Resolution 2018- ___ To Consolidate 2 lots into 1 Colorado Timber Ridge Phase 1 owned by Forman Family Living Trust

This request is to consider the Resolution authorizing the consolidation of Lots 45 and 46 Colorado Timber Ridge Phase 1, to become Lot 46X owned by Forman Family Living Trust.

Resolution 2018- ___ To Consolidate 2 lots into 1 Lake Forest Estates owned by Malvin G. Stanislaus and Deborah K. Stanislaus

This request is to consider the Resolution authorizing the consolidation of Lots 88 and 87 Lake Forest Estates, to become Lot 87X owned by Malvin G. Stanislaus and Deborah K. Stanislaus.

Archuleta ATV Trail Project (Chama Basin) Letter of Support

The Conejos Peak Ranger District of the Rio Grande National Forest is applying for a Grant through the Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Natural Resources Department and is called the State Off-Highway Vehicle Grant (OHV Grant).  The Conejos Ranger District is requesting a letter of support from the BoCC.

Ratify the Chairman's Signature for a Letter of Support for SUIT

The Southern Ute Indian Tribe (SUIT) is applying for the US 550 Animas Crossing Project.  Federal agencies and tribes are the only eligible applicants for this funding and CDOT is working with the SUIT on this project.  The Chairman has signed the letter of support which now needs to be ratified.

The Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation (CDC) is applying for Enterprise Zone project designation. The Chairman has signed the letter of support which now needs to be ratified.

Consideration of Resolution 2018-____ to Adopt the Archuleta County Emergency Operations Plan

The Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management requires the County to update their Emergency Operations Plan every two years.  The Plan was last updated and adopted through resolution in 2016.
