1. Public Hearing of a Board Conditional Use Permit for Visionary Broadband at 1683 Kleckner Lane, Pagosa Springs (PLN20-163)

Visionary Broadband, represented by M&M Construction Services, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit on property located at 1683 Kleckner Lane, Pagosa Springs, CO, legally described as a tract of land lying and being in Lot 1 of Section 2, Township 36 North, Range 3 West, N.M.P.M., Case# PLN20-163, property owner is the Board of County Commissioners of Hinsdale County. The property is zoned Agricultural Forestry. The existing use on the property is a county road maintenance facility. The proposal is to add a telecommunication tower to the site.
