CONSENT:

 

Consideration of Resolution 2019-02PC Approving the Integrity Industrial Building CUP

Request to consider and approve a Planning Commission Resolution stating Findings and Conditions of Approval of the Bykota REI request for the Integrity Industrial Building Conditional Use Permit (CUP) on Parcel 2Z2 Ridgeview Subdivision Amendment 2017-01, at 543 Navajo Trail Dr. CUP approved at public hearing on July 24.
 

OLD BUSINESS:

 

Election of Officers

Article IV Officers, Section 1. of the Archuleta County Planning Commission Rules and Bylaws (Adopted March 28, 2012) provides for election of Officers. Since Chairman Michael Frederick has resigned, Vice-Chair Anita Hooton assumes duties of the Chair in his absence.
 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Discussion on Affordable Housing

Lynne Vickerstaff, Executive Director of Pagosa Housing Partners, will discuss local affordable housing efforts, and implementation of Chapter 4 Economic Development and Housing, Archuleta County Community Plan. https://pagosahousingpartners.org/

Discuss Sec 5.4.1 Commercial Design standards

Portions of Section 5.4 Site Design Standards were updated in the 2018 amendments to the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.  The Planning Commission will discuss relaxing or eliminating portions of Section 5.4.1 Commercial Design, in particular 5.4.1.4 Building Materials and Color.
