TJ & Stacey Fitzwater, owners of The Last Resort RV Park & Campground, met with the Planning Commission in August 2017, to discuss concerns with Sec 5.5.8 of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations. They researched requirements for RV Parks in LaPlata County, Hinsdale County, and the Town of South Fork, and have provided a draft of changes for discussion.
