Pagosa in the Pines Unit Two Amendment 2017-01 to Replat Lots 88-90, at 59 and 60 Trap Ct. (PLN17-044)

Gretchen Grotz and Steve Wilkins of Pagosa Springs have applied for the Pagosa in the Pines Unit Two Amendment 2017-01, a replat of Lots 88, 89 & 90, at 59 and 60 Trap Ct., Pagosa Springs, CO (PLN17-044). The Amended Plat will result in two lots, 88Z and 90Z.
 

Lake Pagosa Park Amendment 2017-01, to Replat Lots 39-45, Block 11, at 881, 887 & 907 Cloud Cap Ave (PLN17-045)

Jim and Leslie Santee of Pagosa Springs, representing Margaret S. Shipman, Olmstead-Santee Living Trust, and Jerry and Muriel Buckley, have applied for the Lake Pagosa Park Amendment 2017-01, a replat of Lots 39-45, Block 11, at 881, 887 & 907 Cloud Cap Ave., Pagosa Springs, CO (PLN17-045). The Amended Plat will result in three lots, 40Z, 42Z and 44Z.
 

Proposed Amendments to the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations

Pursuant to CRS 30-28-116, Archuleta County Development Services is proposing amendments to the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations. The proposed changes classify utility distribution lines, including those installed above ground in any zone, as Conforming structures; amending Section 1.3.2.4, adding Section 1.3.2.5 and adding a definition of Electric Power Distribution Line to Section 11.2.1. The specific text proposed to be adopted is attached.

Implementation of BoCC Resolution 2017-07 for Conservation of the Pagosa Skyrocket

Allen Pfister and a local working group are exploring options for long-term conservation of the Pagosa Skyrocket flowering plant (Ipomopsis polyantha), which was listed as an endangered species in 2011, and critical habitat in Archuleta County designated in 2012.  Among the first steps would be adding information, goals and objectives to the Archuleta County Community Plan.
