Consideration of Resolution 2021-___ Approving and Designating Institutions with which the County Treasurer May Bank and Invest County Funds
The Board of County Commissioners is required to annually approve banking and investment options for the County Treasurer to use in depositing and investing county monies. The Treasurer has researched the suitability of several organizations and present them to the Commissioners in this resolution.

Consideration and Approval of Creating an Equal Employment Opportunity Program
The Archuleta County Sheriff's Office has been awarded a Justice Grant in the amount of $60,119.00. One of the parameters of the award is for the county to have an Equal Employment Opportunity Program in place. This action item is to give approval to the Human Resources Administrator to create a written policy detailing efforts to ensure equal employment opportunities to minority persons and women regardless of sex, race or national origin.

Consideration and Approval of Archuleta County Title VI Plan
This Plan is a requirement when accepting Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding. The Plan is to ensure there are non-discrimination practices in place, particularly for Public Works, since all funding from FHWA and FTA go through that department. The Plan outlines a coordinator, complaint processes, training, data collection and other items related to non-discrimination of any persons based on race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, disability or income.
