Human Services offers numerous adult programs including those listed below.

Aid to Needy Disabled (AND)
Cash assistance for qualifying disabled individuals under age 60.

TANF / Colorado Works
Cash and employment assistance for qualifying low income families.

This program provides a one time work related financial need, limited to adult family member with dependent children.

Food Assistance
Supplemental food assistance for low income families.

Low Income Energy Asistance (LEAP)
Provides financial assistance to help low income households with winter home heating costs.

Health First Colorado, Colorado's Medicaid Program
Health care benefits for minor children, parents of minor children, pregnant women, low income adults over age 65 and disabled persons of any age.

Old Age Pension (OAP)
Provides assistance and health care benefits for low-income adults aged 60 or older.

Options for Long Term Care 
Provides assessment and on-going case management to older and disabled low-income individuals who are in need of long-term care services in their own homes or in alternative care facilities.
