The Planning Commission is the land use planning advisory group for the County reporting to the Board of County Commissioners in the administration of the Archuleta County Land Use Regulations.

Planning Commission meetings are regularly scheduled for 6:00 p.m. the 4th Wednesdays of each month and are held in the Archuleta County Administration Building, 398 Lewis St, Pagosa Springs, CO. Please check the agenda section for details on upcoming meetings.

County Planning Commission Seat Open:
The Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners is seeking volunteers to serve on the Archuleta County Planning Commission. Applicants must be County Residents with duties to include: recommendations regarding subdivision regulations, zoning, and development projects along with amending the Community Plan. Regular meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commissioner’s Meeting Room at 398 Lewis St. Please mail letters of interest and background to the County Commissioners Office, P.O.
